To 1 cup grated raw corn add one well beaten egg, Y^ cup flour and salt and pepper to taste ; drop by spoonfuls and try in hot fat or drop on a well greased griddle. Mrs. D. D. Reed.

To 1 can of chopped corn or same quantity of scored and scraped raw corn ; add 2 eggs slightly beaten, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, % teaspoon pepper, li/> tablespoons butter and 1 pt. of scalded milk ; turn into buttered pudding dish and bake slowly one hour; cover for the first half hour.
