4 cups water, 1 cup sugar, I4 pound Canton ginger, l/o cup orange juice. % cup lemon juice; boil water and sugar fifteen min- utes: add ginger cut in small pieces, and the fruit juice; cool and freeze. If you wish only the ginger flavor, without the pieces of ginger, boil the ginger with the sugar and water; add fruit juice; when cool strain and freeze. Mrs. Blood.
