  • 1 cup of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 eggs beaten stiff
  • 1 envelope of knox's gela- tine
  • 2 cans of pineapple chopped
  • lemon juice

Directions

Yolks of 2 eggs, 1 cup of oil, thin with lemon juice, add to this mayonnaise, i^ pint of cream whipped till stiff, and the whites of 2 eggs beaten stiff, 1 envelope of Knox's gela- tine. Soaked in qt. cold water, dissolved in boiling water. When this has cooled but not congealed blend with mayon- naise, cream and whites of eggs, 1 can white cherries, stoned, halved, drained, 2 cans of pineapple chopped, y^ lb. marshmallows, y2 cup chopped almonds. Blend with dress- ing when ready to serve.
