Directions
1 pint sweet corn 1 pint sweet milk
3 well beaten eggs
Stir all together, beating hard. Season with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoonfuls melted butter, stirring it well and adding a little flour to make the ingredients adhere together. Fry on griddle, or bake in oven if preferred. Nellie Wilson.
