Ingredients
- two tablespoonfuls of flour
- one cupful of milk
- one dozen ears of corn
- three eggs
- salt
Directions
1
Take one dozen ears of corn, quite well matured, grate, add two tablespoonfuls of flour, one cupful of milk, and three eggs, the whole to be mixed together and beaten to a batter; salt to taste; bake like griddle cakes. They should be sent to the table as fast as baked. This is delicious, and if once tried, will become a favorite. Mrs. H. H. Todd.
