Directions

Two teacupfuls of sugar, scant half-cupful of butter, four eggs, three cupfuls of flour, one cupful of sweet milk, two teaspoonfuls of baking powder, cream, butter and sugar together, and beat whites of eggs to a stiff froth, bake in layers, then make a plain frosting and spread between layers. Slice bananas thin and
