- 3 cups cold cooked pork roast, cut into long strips 1/4-inch wide
- 2 cups diagonally-sliced celery
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts*
- 1 8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 6-ounce can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pimientos
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions
Combine rice, pork, celery, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and onions in large bowl. Blend mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger, mustard, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Stir into rice mixture; toss lightly. Chill. Serve topped with chow mein noodles. Serve topped with chow mein noodles.
