Ingredients

  • 800 g pork
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 400 g turnips
  • 400 g carrots
  • 2 onions
  • salt (to taste)

Directions

1. Boil the pork, potatoes, sliced turnips, carrots and onions in a little water. (you can remove the pork pieces from the stock)

2. Now add salt and cook it for few more minutes so that salt get absorb in all vegetables.

3. Serve with the stock or use the stock as a sauce.

4. Green salad as accompaniment.
