Ingredients

  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup sugar, pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • powdered sugar, nutmeg
  • 4 slices French toast
  • 1 cup cream, whipped

Directions

1.Cook berries, sugar, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Pour into a shallow 8"x8" baking dish and arrange slices of French toast on top.

2.Sprinkle with powdered sugar and nutmeg and bake in a quick oven at 425°F for about 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream
