  • 1 cup flour sifted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ pound butter
  • 2¼ cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons brandy flavoring
  • ¾ pound candied pineapple
  • ¾ pound candied whole cherries
  • 1 pound seedless raisins
  • 15 ounces pecan halves

Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.

Combine butter, sugar, eggs and flavoring in large bowl then add dry ingredients and mix well.

Add fruit and nuts then bake in lightly greased tube pan at 275°F for 3 hours.
