Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 5 eggs slightly beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 8 ounce jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 cup chopped cooked potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

Melt margarine in ovenproof skillet over low heat.

Gradually add eggs and milk to cheese spread and mix well then stir in potatoes, ham and ½ of onions.

Pour into skillet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Top with remaining onions and continue baking 5 minutes.
