- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅔ cup canned pumpkin

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix butter, brown sugar, pumpkin, eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and ginger in bowl by hand.
