  • 1 kg glutinous rice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 durian
  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 screwpine leaves (or pandan paste )

Directions

Steam the glutinous rice with a pinch of salt until it is cooked.

Combine the flesh of durian with coconut milk, sugar, salt and screwpine leaves. Boil them together until the sauce thickens.
