Two cups butter (part drippings), two cups sugar, four eggs, three-fourths cup cream, one-half cup syrup, two tablespoons coffee, two cups raisins, two cups cur- rants, one cup dates, one-fourth pound almonds, one- fourth pound peel, (one-eighth lemon, one-eighth citron), two teaspoons cinnamon, one nutmeg, one tablespoon lemon, one teaspoon soda, five and one-half cups flour.
