PUMPKIN PIE — One can of pumpkin, one and one-third cups of brown sugar, two teaspoons of cinnamon, one teaspoon of ginger, one teaspoon of salt, five yolks, stir well then add one cup cream and one-half cup of milk and whites of five eggs beaten stiff, mix thor- oughly. Line two deep pie tins with crust, fill and bake in moderate oven.
