- 2 cupfuls of milk

Directions
2 cupfuls of pumpkin
pulp; 1^2 cupfuls of milk; 1 even teaspoonful of salt; 1 even teaspoonful of
teaspoonful of allspice ;
Peel and cut the pumpkin in pieces; cover it closely and cook slowly until tender. Remove cover and dry the pulp, watching carefully that it does not stick and burn. Put it through a coarse sieve; add the beaten eggs last and two tablespoonfuls of whisky. Bake in under crust only, and allow from forty-five to fifty minutes for the baking.
