  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 dozen ears corn
  • 2 dozen red
  • 1 dozen onions

Let stand 1 hour, scald and drain, and mix in the follow- ing:

Yi cup horseradish. 1 cup whole mustard seed.

2 tablespoons turmeric. 1 tablespoon ground cloves.

3 tablespoons celery seed. 1 lb. sugar. 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

('over with vinegar (not too strong) and boil until tender. Add more sugar and salt if needed. A couple quarts of celery is nice.
