Ingredients
- Fruit of yor choice. This realy varies as to what time of year it is and what is in season, but i find that apples or pears are always a safe choice. You will need between 5 and 15 depending on how many people you want to serve, but i use about 6.
- Wine. This again is up to you and what you have, but it also depends onwht time of year it is, However, I think red does give it a nice deep flavour.
- Sugar. This will need to be white, and you should use this to sweetenthe dish to your taste.
- 1 teaspoon of ; ginger
- cinnamon
- ground cloves
