- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving ½ cup juice. Freeze pineapple chunks. Place juice, buttermilk, vanilla, sweetener and frozen pineapple into a blender container. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint if desired.
