Ingredients

  • 1 quantity bread dough (see below)
  • 250 g black, sundried olives, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Follow Bread dough recipe to step 5.

Add olives and onion. Don't force the olives into the dough by poking them in.

Instead gently pat the olives on top of dough and fold dough so that the olives are trapped inside. Reshape into a ball.

Follow the remaining steps in the basic dough recipe but cook for 35-40 minutes.
