Ingredients

  • ½ gallon any flavorless high-smoke point oil , such as canola , grapeseed, peanut , or safflower
  • 6 sprigs rosemary

Directions

Heat the oil in your tallest largest pot over low heat. Add remaining ingredients and warm for 1 hour.
