1/2 peck green apples, green skin, 1 large bunch fresh mint; wash and quarter apples ; cover with cold water and put on to boil ; add i/> of mint. "When apples are soft strain through sieve on to the rest of the mint bruised. When cool strain through jelly bag; add nearly as much sugar as juice and 1 drop of green coloring; proceed as with any jelly. Mrs. W. D. Hinckley.
