Directions

1 - Mix the hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce , ketchup, sake, ricewinegar, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and five spice powder on the ribs. Let them sit for 2 hours

2 - Add the ribs to a broiler and cook at 325 degrees for40 minutes, turing and brushing as needed.
